A) Shipping coasts and estimated delivery time

From Palestine to Australia:

Costs: 1000 gm = 30 AUSD
Estimated delivery time: 1-3 weeks

From Palestine to Europe:

Costs: 1000 gm = 20 ERU
Estimated delivery time: 2-3 weeks

**The shipping prices are included within the product price.

B) Return& Shipping Policy

1. Return Eligibility

• Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels attached.
• Proof of purchase (order number/receipt) is required.

2. Return Shipping Process

• Customer-Paid Returns: The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong/damaged item)
• Prepaid Return Labels: For eligible returns, we may provide a prepaid shipping label (cost deducted from the refund if applicable).
• Ship returns to: Somoud

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after receiving and inspecting the item.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Bank processing times may vary.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability. Contact us first to confirm stock.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.
We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement/refund.

6. International Returns

Customers outside [Country] may be responsible for customs fees, import duties, or return
shipping costs.
